Testimonial
"I started work with Iain to refine then
achieve my career goals.
We definitely have done that, and I have been
able to identify a clearer path with practical steps towards what I want
to achieve. But additionally what Iain brought, was to help me gain
insights into my deeper motivations and beliefs about my work. This has
enabled me to work more imaginatively and expansively to achieve my
career goals."

Testimonial
"Working with Iain as my coach over the past
year has been a transformative experience.
His insightful questions and
thought-provoking discussions have helped me navigate leadership
challenges with clarity and confidence. As the Founding Director of
Welicar Educational Centre, I’ve found his guidance invaluable in
shaping my approach to decision-making and growth. Iain creates a space
that is both safe and stimulating, where new perspectives emerge and
meaningful change takes root. If you’re looking for a coach who truly
listens and challenges you in the best way possible, I highly recommend
connecting with him"

I work with leaders who:
- Think deeply but rarely get the space to do it well.
- Want time to think things through without pressure.
- Value a balance of support and challenge.
- Look for sustainable change, not just quick performance wins.
- Care about how they lead as much as what they lead.
- Value reflection and clear seeing.
- Want a space that’s both safe and robust.
